These terms govern the use of the Grammar Refined platform, operated by [OWNER NAME TBC] (NIF [NIF TBC]), registered at [ADDRESS TBC] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you ("user") accept these terms in full.

Grammar Refined provides online English exam preparation tools including practice exercises, full Cambridge-style mock exams, writing scoring, listening practice and teacher classroom games. The service is delivered entirely online.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from the student menu; deletion is permanent.

• All prices are shown in Euros and include applicable taxes.
• The free tier is available at no cost with the feature limits shown on the Pricing page.
• Paid subscription packages (when available) grant access for a fixed duration (e.g. 3 or 6 months) and do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at purchase.
• Access codes issued by Grammar Refined grant the duration specified on the code.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card data.

Consumers have 14 days from purchase to withdraw under Spanish and EU law. However, by purchasing digital content that begins immediately, you expressly consent to the provision of the service before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access is granted (Art. 103.m, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). If you have not yet accessed the content, email info@grammarrefined.com to request a refund.

• No sharing of accounts or access codes with third parties.
• No scraping, reverse engineering or redistribution of exam content.
• No use of the service for unlawful purposes or to harass other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

The service is provided "as is". We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or gross negligence. Consumer statutory rights are unaffected.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. We will notify users of material changes; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Spanish law governs these terms. Consumers may bring proceedings in the court of their domicile; otherwise disputes will be resolved in the courts of the provider's registered office.
